The 2013 Shelby GT500 is the latest addition to the legendary Mustang line. It's a very powerful and very fast car, which is not a surprise, since Mustangs have always been that way. This one is even more powerful and faster than every other Mustang built so far, though.That's why we should start breaking down the numbers right away. The 2013 Shelby comes with a ferocious supercharged 5.8-liter V8 engine, generating 650 horsepowers and 600 lb-ft of torque. It's a rear-wheel drive car, with a 6-speed manual transmission, which provides for a smooth gear change. These attributes help it get from 0 to 60 in just 3.5 seconds, and develop maximum speeds of 200 mph.You might think that it would be difficult to control this beast at these incredible speeds, but you shouldn't be worried about that.
